PASS-THROUGH FOR WHOLESALE WATER RATE INCREASES

The District projected changes in cost as part of its long-range Financial Plan. To ensure there are sufficient revenues to provide safe water and services to our customers, the District will implement a pass-through charge, pursuant to California Government Code 53756.
